RN Goody Fisher sent her water to me to know what was good for her Aug. 14. die ☾ h. 7. 45 shee is troubled w^th the mother & was wont to swound w^th it very often. at 7. 30. 20.¹

RN Ione Prime of Walton 5{8}|6| sick. so a longe time. sent her daughter this 2 of may. die ☿ h. 1. 36|45|. p m. 1599. about her hed hart & backe.

RN Iohn Persivall of 56 yeres \of Buckingham./ of 56. complayneth of his head & hart & stomack & would fayne have some ease. Sept. 7. 40. {sic} & hath bene sick in this disease for this 6 weekes. & this 3 yeares & maketh his stomack swell 1598. die ♃ h. 7. 40. ant m.

RN Ap. 26. die ♃. Richard fielde 53. troubled in his backe & stomack sometimes his meate will not Dig {sic} digest hath a reume troubling his head & his sinews sinewes {sic} of his neck c{ra}ck w^th it. Ap. 26. die ♃ h 8. 1599 ant m. this 20 yeres.

RN M^r Will: Co{l|e|}lles Colles of Parke berrye of 58 troubled sick this i6 yeres & hath had the Counsell of the most exte phisitions troubled w^th a windy cause as he sayth cōming from his backe by a great heate & obstruction from my liver. also w^th a bad stomacke elevating winde into my hed. w^ch causeth gydines or streming in my head w^ch cometh as he thinketh by the ascending vp of bad & melancholy humours & w^th a shaking in my left hand mightely as it were the palsye but always very hotte. nowe of late w^th the brevity of wind in my stomacke & chest & lately w^th a mūmnes {sic} & tinckling in my hands. lips & sydes & face. this 15 of may. die ♂ h. 4. 45. p m. 1599.
